The Best Time For Writing

The Best Time For Writing

It’s always hard to find enough time for all the things we want to do. But somehow it’s extra-difficult to find writing time. What if the best time of day is actually at night? Why might I bring this up? Well, it happens to be 2:38 in the morning right now, and I am busy writing. Indeed, I suppose I will finish my writing sometime around 4 AM.
Some would say that's not good for your circadian rhythm, it isn't good for your health and it might mess with your sleeping schedule. Yes, that might be true, but a sense of accomplishment does wonders for your health and your psyche, and besides writing during the busyness of the day means you are filled with distractions in your head. People might be e-mailing, texting, or call you on the phone. You might have places to go and people to see, maybe you run a business, or you have to work for a living. It's hard to write well, and come up with interesting innovations and new thoughts for your writing amongst a myriad of distractions
As usual my mornings were full, but my mind was busy. As I scuttled through my work, I kept pondering on simple and small topics to write about. Mid-morning tea break was special as I jotted down points as they sublimed. A book was too big so a few plain sheets of paper stapled together often served the purpose. Post-lunch a short nap of 20-30 minutes pepped me up. With a steaming mug of coffee in hand, accompanied with pen and paper, I sat comfortably undisturbed for a spell of 2-3 hours. Ideas and topics already crafted took shape as words weaved meticulously into parts. Slow yet consistent writing kept me going till it developed into a habit. Ideally what worked for me may not be the solution for others too, but with constant trial and error, one may strike gold.

Some people like to write between activities during the day, journaling at lunchtime, or as a way to de-stress between their hustle and bustle world. The artists and creators and many of the creative geniuses of our time do work in the middle of the night, sometimes all the way through the night. Sometimes they get so busy with what they're doing that day nor night matters much anymore. They are not beholden to the clock or to a schedule, they are busy doing their creative work and what they love. There's nothing wrong with that. So to answer your question; when is the best time to write?
How about right now?
How about whenever you want?
How about anytime you get creative inspiration?
Indeed I hope you will please consider all this and think on it.

How To Get Rid of Depression

What is Depression?

Depression is a low state of mind that goes on for quite a which and influences your regular day to day existence

Depression is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. Fortunately, it is also treatable. Depression causes sentiments of pity, as well as lost enthusiasm for exercises, once appreciated. It can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems and can decrease a person’s ability to function at work and at home.

The feelings that understand you are depressed

Difficulty concentrating, remembering details, and making decisions
Fatigue and decreased energy
Feelings of guilt, worthlessness, and/or helplessness
Feelings of hopelessness and/or pessimism
Insomnia, early-morning wakefulness, or excessive sleeping
Irritability, restlessness
loss of interest in activities or interests once pleasing, including sex
Overeating or appetite loss
Persistent aches or pains, headaches, cramps, or digestive problems that do not ease even with treatment
Persistent sad, anxious, or "empty" feelings

Thoughts of suicide, suicide attempts
1. Get into a routine. If you’re depressed, you need a routine,
Depressions can strip away the shape out of your life. One day melts into the next. Setting a gentle daily schedule can help you get back on track.

2.Set goals. whilst you're depressed, you could sense like you cannot accomplish anything. That makes you feel worse about yourself. To push back, set daily goals for yourself.

"Start very small," Cook says. "Make your goal something that you can succeed at, like doing the dishes every other day."

As you begin better, you can include all the more difficult day by day objectives.

3. Exercise. It temporarily boosts feel-good chemicals called endorphins. It may also have long-term benefits for people with depression.Standard exercise appears to urge the mind to rewire itself in positive ways, Cook says

How much exercise do you need? You don’t need to run marathons to get a benefit. Just walking a few times a week can help.

4. Eat healthily. There is no magic diet that fixes depression. It's a good idea to watch what you eat, though. On the off chance that sorrow tends to make you indulge, gaining in power of your eating will help you can rest easy.

Although nothing is definitive, Cook says there's evidence that foods with omega-3 fatty acids (such as salmon and tuna) and folic acid (such as spinach and avocado) could help ease depression.

5. Get enough sleep. Depression can make it hard to get enough shut-eye, and too little sleep can make depression worse.

What can you do? Start by making some changes to your lifestyle. Go to overnight boardinghouse up in the meantime consistently. Try not to nap. Take all the distractions out of your bedroom -- no computer and no TV. In time, you may find your sleep improves.

6. Take on responsibilities. When you’re depressed, you may want to pull back from life and give up your responsibilities at home and at work. Don't. Staying involved and having daily responsibilities can help you maintain a lifestyle that can help counter depression. They ground you and give you a sense of accomplishment.
If you're not up to full-time school or work, that’s fine. Think about part-time. If that seems like too much, consider volunteer work.

7. Challenge negative thoughts. In your fight against depression, a lot of the work is mental -- changing how you think. When you're discouraged, you jump to the most noticeably awful conceivable conclusions.
research needs to be done before we'll know for sure. Continuously check with your specialist before beginning any supplement, particularly in case you're as of now taking drugs.

8. Do something new. When you’re depressed, you’re in a rut. Push yourself to do something different. Go to a museum. Pick up a used book and read it on a park bench. Volunteer at a soup kitchen. Take a language class. The next time you're feeling terrible about yourself, use logic as a natural depression treatment. You may feel like nobody preferences you, yet is there genuine proof for that? you may sense just like the maximum nugatory man or woman on the planet, but is that simply possibly? It takes practice, but in time you can beat back those negative thoughts before they get out of control.

9. Check with your doctor before using supplements. "There's promising evidence for certain supplements for depression," Cook says. Those include fish oil, folic acid, and SAMe. But more
"When we challenge ourselves to do something different, there are chemical changes in the brain," Cook says. "Having a go at something new changes the levels of [the cerebrum chemical] dopamine, which is related to delight, pleasure, and learning."

10. Try to have fun. If you’re depressed, make time for things you enjoy. What if nothing seems fun anymore? "That's just a symptom of depression," Cook says. You have to keep trying anyway.

5 Steps To Solve Your Migraines

Migrane Problem Solution
Migraines are a big problem. They affect millions of people and are responsible for billions of dollars in healthcare costs. In fact, they’re one of the most common reasons people end up the emergency room.
The question we really need to ask isn’t, “how do you treat a migraine?” but rather, “what’s causing the migraines?”
This is where Functional Medicine comes in. Functional Medicine is medicine by cause; not by symptom. It helps us discover the underlying triggers of disease. And you know what? The root cause of your migraine may not be in your head at all. In fact, it may be caused by many other factors. Let’s go through some of the things that can cause migraines, because 10 people with the exact same symptoms might have very different underlying causes.

Migraines can be caused by:
  1. Sensitivity to foods like peanuts or dairy or eggs. I had a patient who had migraines for 40 years, and we discovered that they were caused by the eggs she was eating. When she stopped eating eggs, the migraines went away; when she started eating them again, the migraines came back.
  2. Gluten allergy. This is a special kind of food allergy that creates a lot of inflammation. Many people are sensitive to gluten, the protein found in wheat, barley, rye, oats, and spelt.
  3. Hormonal imbalances. For example, many women get premenstrual migraines, which is often caused by imbalances in estrogen and progesterone—too much estrogen, not enough progesterone. This can be caused by stress; by consuming too much alcohol, sugar, flour, and starches; and by not getting enough exercise or sleep.
  4. Vitamin B deficiency. Some people who don’t get enough riboflavin get migraines.
  5. Imbalances in melatonin. Newer studies have shown that this may be related to sleep cycles, which can be improved with melatonin.
  6. Magnesium deficiency. Magnesium is the relaxation mineral. If you’re deficient in it, you can often get headaches and migraines. I once had a patient with chronic migraines who tried everything to cure them, but nothing helped. It turned out that she had a massive magnesium deficiency. I gave her a very high dose of magnesium, and her migraines went away.
So, remember: migraines are not all the same. You have to find the underlying cause. Here are some simple things you can do to identify and eliminate what might be causing your migraines:
  1. Do an elimination diet. Get rid of the common food allergens. Use my book The UltraSimple Diet as a guide.
  2. Try magnesium. Take 300 to 600 milligrams twice a day in the form of magnesium glycinate or citrate.
  3. Try riboflavin or vitamin B2, 400 milligrams a day. It will turn your urine a dark yellow, but don’t worry about it.
  4. Balance your hormones to stop premenstrual migraines by exercising; eliminating caffeine, alcohol, and sugar; and eating a diet rich in plant foods, especially the broccoli family, flax seeds and tofu as well as other vegetables, and fruits.
  5. Try melatonin, which has been shown to help relieve migraines. Take 1 or 2 milligrams at night.
These are just a few simple things you can do at home to fix your migraines, and I have many more suggestions. So, I encourage you to read my blogs on migraines and take advantage of the information on my website.
